From the installation of my pellet stove a few years ago to ordering pellets, Phelps and sons has been a pleasure to work with. From Lisa to Jake and everyone in between they are a pleasure to work with. Last fall when pellets were scarce they accommodated clients based on how many bags we had left to heat with.
