It took a while to get my heat pump operational but when it was done this heat pump is a brute. It heats the pool rapidly and runs very quiet. I can’t hear at all from inside and it’s right outside a family room window. David is a knowledgeable friendly professional. He’s been here so much I’ve gotten to know him. He’s truly an expert. I would recommend this company to everyone
We had solar heat installed when our pool was getting refinished last year (April 2020). Since last April, we have had tubing collapse and two leaks in the system. The screen for the equipment panel is already damaged and cracked. I was told I would need to pay $550 to get a new panel because the sun caused it by leaving the cover open occasionally. The equipment is made poorly. This should be covered under your warranty it’s less than one year old!
