I sincerely regret coming here. I went in to get help for the concavity in the area under my eyes because of the high reviews Dr. Phelps has. He recommended fillers (I did not come in with this objective, I was open to all hearing about different low risk options). He injected fillers into my cheeks and I didn't ask for this.
