Unbelievable customer service. After going through the ringer with Pittsburgh Spray Equipment, over finding a part for a fuji q5 i bought from them, i had to look elsewhere. I emailed Phelps and got an immediate response from stating they do not have the part but she will see what she can do. I shortly thereafter received another email from Cathy and she stated that she contactes Fuji and they will send me the part directly. Purchased the Q5 system. I had an issue with the system but Phelps Refinishing was tremendous in connecting me with FujiSpray Support. Ended up getting a new system sent to replace the defective one. Customer service from both Phelps and FujiSpray was tremendous.
I just bought my second Fuji HVLP system from Phelps Refinishing (Mini-Mite 4 Platinum with the GXPC sprayer). I purchased my first Fuji HVLP system and two extra sprayers from them about 20 years ago (the Q4). Great products, no doubt! I use it for auto paint repair. I prefer using the Fuji systems over compressors, because they produce great results, produce far less over-spray (very little), and don't require inopportune waiting periods for the air tank to refill! Purchased a Fuji T75G and some accessories from me Phelps and I can’t complain. service was fast! had one quick question about shipping and it was answered promptly. Everything arrived as expected and my Fuji sprayed beautifully.
High quality product. High quality results. It is my first HVLP after using a graco airless spray gun. Learning curve wasn't as bad as I expected. Worth the money.
