Have been a loyal customer for years, bought multiple commercial mowers and supplies plus service work. Needed a pulley today and when they didn’t have it I asked for the part number and was told he wouldn’t give it to me since they pay for the service. I could understand if I didn’t just give my name to look up my serial number and I was a random person but I’m a repeat customer and the part number was already pulled up. Needless to say they have apparently went downhill and I’d take my business elsewhere.
