I love the care that I receive that Phelps Memorial health center and the specialty clinic. I called and was able to get an appointment the very next day which doesn’t happen very often in larger cities. Dr. Carlston was very attentive and took his time in my appointment, and made sure that I felt like I had been heard. I would highly recommend this clinic and hospital for all of your healthcare needs.
