Went to Phelps for a mammogram and ultrasound due to a problem Dobbs Ferry Mammogram said I had. Ever one starting with Wendy at the front desk were so compassionate and competent. This was the first time I had a mammogram at this facility. Turned out well, I was upset for over a week and all turned out well thanks to Phelps Mammogram Department. Thank you all
There seems to be a lot of coming back for yet another ultrasound here. Three different ultrasounds I've had done. Three times they tell me to come back to do it again. The one time I've gotten a solid reason, they've later told me that the doctor was wrong and I didn't have that.
Go somewhere else that they actually have enough staff and knowledge. Staff tells you 2 different things.... very sad to be a patient especially when your on edge to begin with!!
