I scheduled my routine oil change for my Suburban. My appointment was set to drop my vehicle off on Tuesday morning. When I arrived, no one could find my appointment, which was weird being that both my husband and I received an email and text the day before reminding us of the appointment. Since they could not find my appointment, they scheduled me as a walk in, which I thought was ok being that I was dropping my vehicle off and having a driver take me home until they were done.
