We were shopping for a gas stove and had no clue what to look for. Thanks to the staff at Phelps Cement advise we chose just the right stove. We had one issue with the unit and had the service person come to our house and make the adjustments needed and the unit has been great! We are now looking at a wood burning fireplace and will be going back to the wonderful staff at Phelps Cement. They also have helped us work out the material needed for our beautiful Patio. Purchased a Vermont Castings gas log stove 12/12/06 now having ignition starting issues! Having a difficult time with Phelps Cement gas stove employees with services idenitfying and correcting repairing our unit. Have called and visited, spoken to those that are responsible for service to unit. Yeah Right. (3) weeks going on (1) month and no knowlede called to them!
