From the minute I called to the minute I left, this place has no compassion or respect for privacy. My doctor suggest this program for me. When calling, the receptionist had me on speaker the entire time asking personal info such as my SSN. Her entire line of questioning revolved around insurance as she typed away which was irritating me. When I asked her to take me off speaker, she seemed annoyed and didn't do it.
