We've been living here for 3 months now. I've tried to contact them several times about cockroaches, but they have not responded to any messages or maintenance requests. We're still having cockroach problems
Toilet still runs a bit if not careful when flushing. But the repair person was absolutely wonderful and gave me updates even when I wasn't home. His personality alone was 10 out of 10
No building manager or landlord, completely unmanaged building full of cockroaches and bug infestation. Homeless people entering and defecating in the hallways; absolutely horrible and unlivable conditions
