I joined this gym at the beginning of this year and the progress I’ve made in my fitness has been unreal! The classes and training blocks are so well structured and enjoyable. I switched to Phelan Strong after spending years at the different franchise gyms, you know the ones, and I'm SO glad I did. The coach Chris is brilliant, and I was welcomed into the community immediately. The sessions are tailored to suit each person, which makes it far better than any franchise gym.
