I hate being lied to. We rented a uhual....they get charge happy. They will charge you when they say the wont. Very untrustworthy...i would be very cautious, or better yet there are tons of places to rent a Uhual.
This place deserves way more appreciation. Zeid and his little brother Raad are always positive, welcoming, and genuinely care about the people who come in. Their pricing is very fair as well, which makes the whole experience even better.
I rarely do reviews, but since no other solution. Besides me having to wait for a charge to be refunded, that shouldn't have happened. Because they charged me $30 instead of 30 cents because they needed every cent. So I gave them $15. Cash in 30 cents on a card. But instead they charged me $30 on a holiday weekend so now I'm to wait 1 to 3 days if that. Mind you mistakes do happen? However, with no other solution and brushing it off as it's nothing.
