Now I know how Phelan manage to remain a small town 98.some change FIX CHARGE (becuase of our tank size)???????? so even if there's no consumption of water, the city will get there goods and now 9 dollar and some change, basically in the city taxes to help the city stay I don't know how or what street are not even maintained I believed only Edison operated this way : (
I love this park every morning (7am) after leave my kids at school,walk with my dog. I don’t understand why the maintenance man is a bad actitud . He was driving in a white pick up ,4 rows around the park watched me feeling me discomfort at the park every morning !!im not homeless,im not vandalizing, i clean after ! Make feel harassment . (The man on other comments Dennis ) Today my dog did pee in the play ground he shout me with a bad actitud noo….
