Dr Phelan is literally and absolutely the best and most talented Orthodontist in the greater Little Rock area. I would go as far as recommending to people from out of state if they didn’t mind commuting in for appointments. He is a true professional and a pleasure to work with. He is also a military officer, so his standards of performance are surely very high.
