Always had great experiences in the past. NOT THIS TIME !! Went in for a new prescription, as in the past (many times) and the new right lens was way out of focus at a distance. Now, the last pair they prescribed was spot on. I had some scratches I couldn't live with so I wanted a new pair of lenses. They had me check with the lab and the lenses matched their "incorrect" prescription to "T". I have had plenty of eye exams and never had an issue until now. I had a not so good experience with this place and I expressed my disatisfaction with them but I guess I must of struck a nerve because they deleted my review but in a nutshell I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and I would suggest you shop around outside Abilene.
Had cataracts on both eyes removed, and I am very satisfied with what Doctor Rocky has done for me. Would highly recommend this practice. They have wonderful staff that are very helpful and can answer a lot of your questions over the phone.
Excellent staff. Very friendly. Dr. Clark was very professional and was thorough with her explanations and answered all the important questions. I highly recommend this business.
