I am not sure what's going at this place - but what was once a top notch agency is seeming going down hill, fast. I have worked with Sherri at the start, and always had great service - I was passed down to different agents over time, and ever since then I seem to have to ask multiple time for changes, updates, reviews of my account, and the like. Great insurance broker we have used as a family since the 70's. Highly recommended.
I spoke to Cindy about getting insurance for 3 cars and a renters. She told me she will send me a form to fill out. I provided 2 different emails and even left a voicemail. Well, nobody sent me a form to fill out or called back. I understand a human factor but... this is how you lose a customer ....
