I had a very good experience @ Phelan Audiology from the time we arrived, the office staff were very friendly and helpful and when we went in the testing office she explained everything and how the testing would work, after the testing she showed me and my wife exactly what the test showed and what types of noises were problems. She was also very accommodating and set up for my wheelchair she had a portable ramp to go in the testing room it was just a great experience all the way around. Excellent service from Phelan for the last, at least 30 years.
I had a delightful experience getting my new hearing axes! Everyone was so kind and courteous. And so far everything is working perfectly! Great place To go for help with h your hearing.
