This business is terrible. Very rude and extremely outdated business practices. Called to see if they could service a boat on the dock. Never heard back from them, no appointment confirmation with date or time, months later invoices keep showing up. Called the office and a very rude lady told me that it’s just how it is…they are so busy they don’t have time for ‘customer service’. I decided to pay the invoice just to be rid of them and guess what…they want me to send a paper check. Like anyone has paper checks anymore. Then ... read more
