Dr.Penn is the best! She understood my concerns and showed care and empathy during my visit. She took her time to explain and answer my questions in a very understandable language/visuals and did not rush me. She talked to me throughout the whole procedure and made it a positive experience unlike most providers at the office. I’ve had visits/procedure done by 3 other providers in the past including (Wisz, Klemens, Rice) and Penn is the best at treating the patients the way they should be treated.
Dr Penn was personable, upbeat, empathetic, efficient and knowledgeable. She gave clear explanations and outlined a step by step treatment plan.
