I have worked with Jacqui Ball and some of her staff and can say she has some of the best staff a community can hope for. This community has a great feeling the moment you walk in the door. Staff is caring and friendly always putting the needs and cares of the residents and their families a number one priority. Jacqui Ball is an amazing administrator who works from the heart. She puts the needs of her staff, residents and families at the highest priority. I would highly recommend this community to anyone!
I love Quail Meadows. The staff really care about the residents and the facility is gorgeous and clean.

I have mixed feelings about this place. When the new management came in, it started to go down hill. For the most part I am happy with how they treat my grandma, but are slipping up and not following through on things they claim they will take care of. Staff is friendly, but need to seriously step it up. I give it a 3 star review at the moment.
RecommendedThe staff is kind, caring and supportive. They are skilled, open, and communicative. The facility is clean, comfortable and inviting. I heartily recommend this "home away from home" for older adults who are not able to be cared for at home.
Recommended5 star ⭐️ Facility is very clean, up to date and has wonderful staff. Recently got new administration put in, they are great. Working hard to make the facility the best it can be. I recommend this wonderful place to anyone who has a family member in need of a place with quality care.
This is the best place for my Mom to call home. The staff are so caring and attentive to her needs and it so comforting to know that someone is always there for her needs and to check on her. The other residents are and have become her good friends. The church services provided are amazing. There are always activities to participate in.
These guys take such great care of my grandma! I love that they keep her active and take her out on cool little trips! The staff is always super friendly, too!
