Recommendedmanagement is great! employees are very good and helpful to my mom and me especially during these very tough times when i cant be there. they are very patient with me, which i know isnt easy, would definitely recommend. its become home and my mom actually laughs some now.
My blind 84 year-old-mother who has been a widow 2 years had to leave her home and neighbors of almost 50 years. Pheasant Ridge has been wonderful, making sure Mom is making a smooth transition. They went out of their way for her and I am so grateful to them! Thank you so much!❤️

Visited to inquire about placing my Mom. Spoke with Jamise Hardy, who answered all of our questions and provided a tour of the facility. Ms. Hardy was exceptionally friendly and professional. As we toured the facility, she knew the names of the residents we passed along the way and greeted them warmly. Everyone working there greeted us and made us feel welcome. Our mom has been living at Pheasant Ridge Senior Living for a little over a year. We are so blessed to have her close to home and in such a wonderful place. The staff is wonderful. Everyone is friendly and they are all so loving and caring towards mom. We are very impressed with facility and all it has to offer. Mom loves the music from different musicians that perform usually twice a week. She loves working on the bible studies and she is enjoying making new friends.
