We have a family member here in rehab. The facility smells like urine. The beds & furniture are very old. Could use some upgrading. Wasn't the cleanest.
The pheasant ridge nursing and rehab center is a place that I would recommend to anyone that needs what they provide. The staff is very attentive and the therapist is top notch and I believe that pheasant ridge should be recognized by the state of Virginia for their excellent care and service to the residents of Pheasant Ridge. In the words of Bugs Bunny “that’s all folks”
The care here was 100% perfect. They were here when I needed them. The therapy and nursing helped me get well soon so that I could go home. Everyone was professional, helpful and nice.
I have been cared for at pheasant ridge for seven years now and I really appreciate the ability to my my room my own. It really does feel like my new home. I often do my own therapy, but when I do work with them it is very good
