I just left the rehab center after being under their care for many days and nights. I must say that they certainly changed my opinion of rehab. The rehabilitation itself was very difficult and ultimately unsuccessful. No fault to the center, Medicare cut me off before we hardly begun. So now I’m home with home health care which Medicare will have to pay for as well. As to the center, a bright active place. I would like to take the time to show recognition to RYAN!! Very courteous, helpful, thoughtful. He goes above and beyond not just for the residents but family members and employees. I really appreciate him being apart of the team. He has made my family’s experience over a 10. He is absolutely the best. I work at Pheasant Ridge from February until August. Management is horrible. HR be messing up employees pay checks. I really think they are stealing money from employees. Their paid holidays is a joke. I have work since I was 16 and never got paid on hoilday pay the way this facility does it. Labor board needs to be called. HR told me I don't have to be there that I can put in my 2 weeks notice right now. What kind of HR sayss that to an employee knowing they need staffing.The new administrator is a joke. Don't send your family member here unless it is to die slowly and miserably! Patient has what they think, might of been a stroke but didn't send to the hospital to see or verify anything. Staff doesn't return calls. They will always lie and say they did. Consistent there, lying anyway and neglectful. They refuse to give info for corporate but I found it anyway.. Can't keep any staff.
