Great manger and friendly staff, nice clean townhomes.
If I could I would give them 0 starts. Multiple people I know live in pheasant crest in sartell and oak grove town homes in St. Cloud. I am writing this on their behalf. Heather the property manager at both locations is very rude. She tries and find ways to violate her tenants and is very, very nosy. They have spoken to the essance managers & secretary in the office and their reply is to talk to Heather. Let’s explain this.
