This was our cat, Shadow's, second time at Pheasant Creek for boarding but it was the first time for my youngest baby, my pup Reesie and I was extremely nervous because we were leaving him for over a week. This place is the best!! My 3 dogs literally live going there. We get a “report card” with photos every time we pick them up, with a personalized note from them. I could not possibly recommend them enough!!!
We have nothing but amazing things to say about Pheasant Creek and the staff that work there! We have sent our dog, Benny, to stay with them several times for overnight stays and most recently a week-long stay. Benny enjoys staying there and we feel so comfortable knowing he is happy and taken care of! They are so kind when we call to check in and we love getting his "report card" at the end of his stay. Amazing place and staff! Highly recommend.
