Beautiful and clean facility, super friendly and knowledgeable staff! Very happy knowing my horses are in kind and capable hands with PHD!
Publicly told me they'd service me, but then jerk me around like this. I'm talking BASIC vet care. This area is so disgusting. Over 10 vets, not one will come to me in their service area. Or say why. It's certainly not their condition. And why would a vet deny a horse care for condition anyway? Why would they deny anyone at all? An entire group refusing anyone basic services is a problem Vet care? true Evil
I posted their text responding to my bad reviews, which I previously took down because they said they would service me Now, They'll post this everywhere, but refusing me service or to come to my farm. I live in Alachua. Forcing me to call a commercial hauler, to come into clinic for no needs in clinic. By the way, commercial haulers who won't even take me because I also need routine care our coggins are expired. And have been refused over and over. This is disgusting behavior.
PHD has taken such wonderful care of our horses. They are extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and so easy to work with. I highly recommend them from routine care to lameness exams, and anything else under the sun. We wouldn’t take our babies anywhere else.
