thanks to Dave and John I have a new sump pump and a water backup pump. We called them Tuesday and by Wed it was installed. The price was right, Dave was friendly, informative and gave us options when he quoted. No pressure sales and the results are a quiet sump pump with water pressure backup pump and a smart alarm.
