2025 update: totally different job. I would give 6 stars if I could Timely, professional, polite. They work fast too. Just used them again for help diagnosing a different issue. They are still a solid 5 star service. My only complaint was they arrived earlier than the promised time. If that's your biggest complaint with any service then it is no complaint at all
I had a great experience with PHD. They were able to send a plumber to my house in less than 24 hours from my initial phone call. Within an hour or so of arriving at my house, Dave assessed the issue (very high water pressure and an expansion tank that needed replacing), and installed a new expansion tank and a regulator valve. Dave also checked my sump pump to make sure it was operating correctly. Dave was great, worked quickly and left no mess. Fast and painless experience. Highly recommend.
This was a great experience. First a "real" person ( who was so nice and friendly) answers the phone , then second I pretty much got to choose the time and day. Jimmy arrived on time and did a super job. He was friendly and kept things neat and tidy. I would highly recommend this company and him to anyone. We had one issue and that was with one of my purchases so I will be seeing him again soon. ( Darlene Marinelli )
