Nico came today to help fix a leak we had from the house to outside. He did such an amazing job and we were so grateful for his polite response to us not knowing to much. We would 100% recommend!! I will start by saying the only good thing.The receptionist (I don’t recall her name) and Jimmy, the plumber who came to my house, were both very nice. Or at least Jimmy seemed to be. I had a leaky shower. I called and Jimmy came out on April 8th. That’s where the issue starts. It’s almost June and I still haven’t heard back from him. He came and took the handles off the nobs and took photos of the nobs??? And the cartridges but never removed the cartridges to actually view them. Pleasant experience right from the top. The first point of contact i spoke to was very friendly and sincerely wanting to get help out to me asap. The plumber - Neenart, that came to fix my toilet was very friendly, easy to talk to and upfront with pricing. I would recommend PHD Plumbing and Drain and would use them myself again if needed.
Had a long-standing drainage issue in my kitchen sink that got a lot worse recently, so we called PHD - Nino arrived on time and quickly identified two issues, and promptly fixed them both - we're now getting better drainage in our sink than the day we moved in! Posted here and in the Barrie location since we're in Barrie but I wasn't sure which one since I saw Alliston on the invoice
