I tried to do a diy project, Didn't go accordingly . I then at first called someone else a handy man who said he works for balzan contracting came and water still leaked from tub. Said he will return back another day because new parts again need to be bought for the job . Never trust balzan contracting Mike is his name. He was calm, professional and knew exactly how to , very quickly, assess and resolve complete a huge leak ( that another plumber couldn’t detect!!) I am already confident to book Jimmy for return work, and he even found a water main leak that I am please to have him return to address and prevent future issues.
