Thank you so much Fred from phd plumbing and the team we been with out water in the pass two day we called them on Sunday the came & were able to get us water during the week after check our system was over 17 years old system we decided it was time to have update with better pump & new expansion tank since we have more people living with us & more animal to care of it was time upgrade the system finely I can have shower with good pressure highly recommended them for all your well need .
I had an emergency with my well pump. That’s 32 years old. I called them on they showed up with 2 hours to see if they could help me. Dave was great. After replacing the pressure switch my fuse box my pump is not working I figure so I decide to go ahead with a new pump the next morning Dave and the crew install new pump for me install new Well cap up to the code I can be more happy and pleased with the service. I would highly recommend them for aok your well and plumbing need. Amazing guys and pleasure to work with.
Their actual service is good, the customer service is horrendous. We did have to phone the office to find out where the crew was because they were over an hour late, but no big deal, things happen. Once they did arrive, they were very polite and were able to get our water softener fixed in a timely manner. To get a receipt for the work done was difficult, no response to emails or phone calls for weeks. When our water heater quit recently, we decided to try them again, being a local contractor and all. I cannot say enough good things about these guys! I called and they were here in less than 30 minutes. We were given 2 quotes and an explantation for what would be done for each. Thankfully it was the lesser of two, and the job was completed. Thank you Nino and company! I highly recommend PHd Plumbing to everyone and will use their service in the future. 5 Star Service!
