Update: they came back again months ago after I posted this review and said they were going to fix it and then they never came back AGAIN! I was going to change my review to 5 stars when they did BUT apparently that’s never going to happen SMH unbelievable They did a good job fixing my issue but they broke the threaded pipe to the septic tank. They’ve told me 3 times they were sending someone out to fix it and still a year later nobody has come to fix what they broke… would’ve gave 5 stars if not for that

We were very pleased with the bid for the extensive work we wanted done, which wasn't easy! PHD Plumbing abided by it, and their work was stellar. Workers are friendly, polite, considerate of your home, and do a nice job, including cleanup. Office staff stay in contact with you on the schedules and check to see if you have any questions or issues. Would highly recommend them to anyone!

Shout out to Keoni, hopefully i spelled that right. He was a real professional and helped us save money. Was very knowledgeable on up keep and how to register the water heater. Also found out we had a warranty on the current water heater and was a real blessing. Thank you to the clerical team answering calls and being very courteous. I will use PHD for the rest of my life!
