This contractor frequently does not obtain building permits when is required to by law, and violates building codes with substandard and defective work. He doesn't pay his employees on time, but buys new personal vehicles, toys and goes on vacations, while his W-2 weekly paid employees, aren't paid for weeks and can't pay their financial obligations on time. We have been searching for a company to replace some trim on the house and to give our deck a face lift. After numerous people came out and then NEVER even called back we were very fortunate to find PhD. I've hired PhD multiple times. They brought the perfect amount of posts and paint to complete the rails on my porch. Powerwashed all the debris away.

Between communicating well throughout the process & being reasonably priced- I was very pleased with how PhD Maintenance handled our re-fencing project. It was a plus that the guys were also very friendly and professional on site as well. I would highly recommend using this company.
