Hola mi experiencia con la doctora Gretchen Rodríguez es exelente.Sin embargo el departamento de Referidos es fatal.La doctora me hace un referido para para un laboratorio y al llegar a mi cita no habían enviado el referido (y eso q de la misma oficina me llamaron q habían enviado el referido) es una falta de respeto .Ahora mismo no me e podido hacer un laboratorio q necesito.Esa ineptitud del departamento de Referidos puede afectar mi salud y la de muchos q pasen por esta experiencia. Had an appointment at 10:15 . Is 11:50 am still waiting. They shouldn’t scheduled appointments at the time if they can’t see the patient until 2 hrs later. They need to respect the time for the patient as well.
Unfortunately after today I will be changing doctors, I’ve never had anything bad to say about the Doctors, however 90% of the time I make an appointment, I get there early, and somehow I manage to have to wait 2 plus hours before being seen. I understand emergencies happen but that’s what urgent care and emergency rooms are for. The fact that my appointment was at 9:30 in the morning I got here at 9:10AM and it’s 11 o’clock in the morning and I’m still waiting to be seen by my doctor????? Atenta, cariñosa te explica todo, te escucha discute contigo los exámenes, propuestas, sugerencias, ella me motiva y salgo renovada y todoooooo el equipo es lo máximo súper educadas, serviciales, cariñosas, yo los recomiendo al 1000% aunque se llene el salón de pacientes jajaja Gracias gracias infinitas por existir 👍🙏🥰💘💋💋💋💕💖🇵🇷🇻🇪
Always is an issue when you call for assistance. No answer and always the machine telling you to call before 4 but no one answered. Bad service at Osceola office. Doctors and nurses are great
