I cannot get the referrals straightened out. I know nothing about a referral to an endocrinologist, which I need. But no idea where there is a referral for that I received nothing about it. I was told I have referral for IYasmeen Gowani office for pulmonology and they stated they have no referral for me. Please make sure they got your referral. Who is the endo I am to see. Let me start by saying the people in the office are genuinely kind. This review is not about them. This review is about a medical office that has become virtually impossible to reach. The doctor told me they replaced their phone system with an AI answering service to save money. Since then, it has been a nightmare. No matter what day you call, what time you call, or even if another medical office calls on your behalf, you cannot get through to anyone in the office.
