Dr. Lourdes Davila-Cruz is the MOST AMAZING doctor but getting your prescription refilled or trying to reach the nurse after you leave this office is a real STRUGGLE. You sit FOR HOURS waiting in the line. IF you're lucky and get to speak to the RN because your pharmacy is telling you THEY don't respond to the medication refills, she's not too pleasant. While I am mostly happy with my primary physician, trying to go thru their “referral line” to get a referral for a dermatologist is life threatening. 3 times now, I have called the number and been on hold between 15 and 50 minutes and every time I get to #1 on the line I am disconnected. Once, it’s a glitch; twice - bad luck; three times it’s a pattern of abuse to save money for the insurance company and cannot be tolerated

Dr Lourdes Davila is an outstanding doctor.She is patient, listening to my concerns as her patient and reviewing clinical labs, and explaining the presenting processes and treatments she will recommend and order to help me regain my health. She takes time with me never appearing to be rushed. She demonstrates to me the qualities of a dedicated health professional. If there were a way to honor her I would like to participate in it.
