This is the WORST Office and PCP I have ever had. There is only one Dr. there and Her unfortunate Family issues has taken Her out of the Office. But DO NOT count on the Nurses line or the Referral line. They, not only do NOTHING on time for meds or Extremely important Referrals, but since they are Pretending to be an active Office, I have to call them out. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION FOR ANY TREATMENT OR HELP. You’ll end up in the ER just to get a diagnosis. HOPE YOU HAVE GOOD INSURANCE!!!

I give it one star because of Dr. Davila. No problem with her. The front office is horrible. They never acknowledge you. They look like they hate their job. If you have to call that office, be prepared to wait 45 minutes for someone to answer. Getting referrals is the same. Horrible office staff and management. You also have to wait long after you are in the room waiting for the Doctor or nurse.

I attended The PHCA Medical Group Altomonte Springs for about 6 months & I had to leave too many problems & No follow-through. I really believe there is a language barrier issue Lots Of Spanish Speakers Employees NOT BI-LINGUAL .Especially in the authorization & referral Dept . I was scheduled for a Neurologist Consult & A Nerve conduction study & it took over 4 times to get scheduled & cancelled because the wrong referral information for The Nerve Conduction Study was incorrect on 4 occasions. The worst family practice provider. They schedule my elderly mother for an appointment and text me twice as a reminder. She had to get a driver for her appointment. When she arrived the front desk person told her all the doctors were on vacation and she will have to reschedule. Why wasn't the appointment canceled prior. Poor communication and horrible service.
