Was curious on how my bill was 2.5 hours for an evac, pressure test and refill on my ac system, person working on my house was definitely young and new to the field, I told him it’s most likely low on refrigerant because the compressor is continuously cycling and no pipes r cold. I would wish for a better break down of bill instead of just labor and parts, maybe like diagnosis time spent, drive time spent, replacement of parts, and time to install parts, they also forgot to put my furnace and humidifier filters back correctl... read more

Went above and beyond to help me when visiting the store. I had a lot of questions and needed help and advice with a plumbing project. They were friendly and willing to help every time.

We have had PHC for 20 years and have always been very satisfied. Recently we had a leaking check valve on our sewage ejector. The office staff helped me out right away and contacted us with the time the repair could be done. Thank you Kaden for replacing the valve. You were very professional and did a great job! We appreciate PHC!!!

My parents had a leak at their house recently and they called PHC for some repairs and they charge them 2 hours the first day and 2 hours a second day with two people the second day for a job that would have taken an hour they charge them $850 for a job that should have only taken maybe an hour and the parts cost was less than $50
