We have had PHC for 20 years and have always been very satisfied. Recently we had a leaking check valve on our sewage ejector. The office staff helped me out right away and contacted us with the time the repair could be done. Thank you Kaden for replacing the valve. You were very professional and did a great job! We appreciate PHC!!!

My parents had a leak at their house recently and they called PHC for some repairs and they charge them 2 hours the first day and 2 hours a second day with two people the second day for a job that would have taken an hour they charge them $850 for a job that should have only taken maybe an hour and the parts cost was less than $50

I stopped in their facility to check on what type of drinking water filter system would be best for my needs. No one was there who could answer my questions so the receptionist said she would have someone call. A year later and still no call. Should I give up?
