On Thursday, June11th, I visited the store to pick-up a wheelchair that the doctor had ordered for me and met the employee, Deloris Golden. She was very helpful and answered all my questions re: the wheelchair and rollator that I inquired about. I walked out with both the wheelchair and rollator {great salesman}. Barry assisted us in answering our mechanical questions!! Thank you, Deloris and Barry. I will probably return for a scooter. You need to shop PHC for all your medical equipment needs. Barry went above and beyond! There was an issue with the equipment delivered the day before my mother was scheduled to come home. He was more than patient and took the time to go back to the warehouse to get what we needed and also showed me how to operate each piece of equipment. Thank you, Barry, for making an already stressful situation, better.
Barry is very professional and knowledgeable. Most helpful and courteous. Pleasure to have him do installation.
Kevin was very cheery very hard-working and a great pleasure to be around. He knew his job well and he did it. Thank you for Kevin. We love him.
