It's a neat old building!!
My son is absolutely loving his new place! It's so nice and quiet, super safe, and he's got a huge apartment with an amazing view. The landlord Joanne and maintenance man Mike are truly phenomenal! 🤩
A horrible place to live. The manager is MIA and when you do find her, she is unprofessional ,does nothing and blames everyone else. No office hours No communication No maintenance It's sad to see this historical site left to slowly fall apart There is no getting paperwork done and when it is finally done, it's wrong, I've been overcharged all of my time here.
