Today was my first time visiting this salon and the customer service, timeliness and consultation was excellent. Ms. Faye (Owner) and Jamie (stylist) were on top of their game. If you're ever in Baltimore and need hair care needs please visiting Phaze Uno Salon you will not be disappointed. The atmosphere is welcoming. Oh, I failed to mention that I was in and out less than two hours when my appointment was at 8:00 AM. Everyone in the salon were pleasant including the customer waiting to be serviced.
