The only one star review I've ever written, I joined last August despite moving pretty soon because I was told if I moved they would cancel my contract but when I moved a few months later after jumping through hoops trying to get it cancelled they said I wasn't far enough away since it was only a little over half an hour away from me despite not mentioning that at all when I joined. Whether she’s handling front desk responsibilities, keeping the gym organized, or helping members feel welcomed and supported, Kate brings a positive attitude and professionalism to everything she does. She is proactive, quick to learn, and never hesitates to take initiative when something needs to get done. Good job Kate!

I love this gym. I attend 5 days a week and the exercise equipment is great, but most of all I love the customer service and welcoming of George at the front desk. I get a smoothie everyday and he makes the beginning and ending of my workout awesome. A valuable asset to the team!!!😊

I just joined the gym last Friday, and I already see why people are complaining about the staff. This gym makes you feel like you’re out of place. They just want your money. The staff are young and rude; it definitely needs more people on shift for better customer service. I hope it changes by the end of the week, or I’ll be ending my membership.
