Hi, just want everyone to be aware that for the child care perk they offer, they DO NOT do background checks on employees who provide child care. I am not sure how that is legal, but I just wanted to post here for anyone who uses their child care or is interested in using their child care service while you work out. I emailed Gov. Kay Ivey's office about this as well as because I found it very odd.
Personal Trainer Mr. River Parish at Phaze3 Fitness in Madison, AL is an outstanding personal trainer. He's an excellent communicator who really listens to my needs and goals, and he tailors every workout to be age-appropriate and effective. I am sharing my experience to warn other parents with young toddlers. I paid upfront for a full-year membership along with childcare because I genuinely liked the gym facility and fully intended to use it long-term. However, my 17-month-old son experienced three separate, unacceptable safety hazards in the Phaze 3 Kids Club: 1.
