Prepaid for a year and at the time of sign the staff indicated that we could canceled and receive a refund for the months that we didn’t use. We asked 3 times to ensure the point was clear. We tried to cancel because it is way to busy and machines are always in use plus no one cleans after use and refunds were refused. Do not recommend at all.

I shouldn’t have to provide a lease to cancel my contract with you. Requiring pii is overbearing and frustrating. Just moved to Atlanta ga and now I have to still pay you 80$ just so I can keep my info from being sent to your email which isn’t secure. Unprofessional.

I love this fitness club! It has everything a gal could want and more to get a well rounded routine in. So why 3 stars? Unfortunately, the wet areas like in the ladies locker rooms(showers), the whirlpool, and saltwater pool have a distinct musty mildew smell that is hard to ignore while using these areas. There is also a ring in the pool and whirlpool that are easy to miss with the color scheme of the area. It’s a huge facility, so cleanliness is always the ultimate challenge, I understand. Only giving this gym 3 stars because the childcare is excellent. My girls are known by name, the staff is attentive and the daycare is very clean. Never had an issue with the girls back there and they deal with a LOT of kids and entitlement all day. Jessica the childcare director is wonderful. But outside of childcare the experience hasn’t been great. Front desk kids are usually on their phones instead of paying attention and being helpful. Phaze 3 Fitness is a straight-up boys’ club. I’ve been a member for years, and the complete lack of women in management is not just noticeable, it’s straight up embarrassing. For a gym with a diverse membership, having zero female representation in leadership is a huge red flag. It makes it very clear that women’s voices, perspectives, and experiences are not a priority here.
