JSU Men’s Basketball Team contracted with Phatty Chow catering services during our stay in Orlando and our expectations were immensely exceeded. For the past two years my line sisters and I celebrated our reunion in Orlando and each time Phatty Chow served as our private chef. She is professional, returns calls promptly, and her food is delicious. I highly recommend this small black business.
There was a hair in our breakfast potatoes. I ordered the yogurt parfait cups and she showed up with a big bowl of yogurt and granola on top. Knowing that was not originally what I ordered she offered to give a discount on my next order but I live out of town and was in town with family. Made zero sense because if you're not fulfilling my current order correctly why not provide a discount on the order you messed up instead. Lastly, her attitude was poor and unfriendly.
