Chef Mercedes and Phatty Chow has exceptional services. JSU Men’s Basketball Team contracted with Phatty Chow catering services during our stay in Orlando and our expectations were immensely exceeded. The detail, line of communication, promptness, and their overall organization were remarkable. Highly recommend Phatty Chow’s services when you are in Orlando! P.S. The food was great!
For the past two years my line sisters and I celebrated our reunion in Orlando and each time Phatty Chow served as our private chef. She is professional, returns calls promptly, and her food is delicious. I highly recommend this small black business.
There was a hair in our breakfast potatoes. I ordered the yogurt parfait cups and she showed up with a big bowl of yogurt and granola on top. Knowing that was not originally what I ordered she offered to give a discount on my next order but I live out of town and was in town with family. Made zero sense because if you're not fulfilling my current order correctly why not provide a discount on the order you messed up instead. Lastly, her attitude was poor and unfriendly.
Chef Mercedes provided an in home cooking class for my family. Short review- she was amazing! Longer review- she was professional, punctual, knowledgeable and patient. We learned so much from her about seasoning, building flavors, choosing ingredients and of course how to prepare satisfying meals. We enjoyed our class and the food was delicious- her lump crab stuffed salmon will change your life:) Thank you PhattyChow for creating a memorable experience for my family❤️
Excellent food and experience! Was in Orlando for a birthday celebration and found Pattychow via a google search. We had the cajun pasta, broccoli, green beans, rolls and strawberry lemonade. The portions were very generous and the food was very tasty. Haley made the ordering experience easy and the day of delivery was seamless and professional. I highly recommend this vendor for all your Orlando events.
