I was thoroughly impressed with Phatt Audio Concept. The staff were friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful in resolving the issues with my car's speakers, which were poorly installed by another company. They did an excellent job of installing new speakers, which made a massive difference in sound quality. The work was done carefully, with attention to detail, and they even took the time to show me how to use the sound settings and offered to help me find the optimal settings for my music preferences, all at no extra cost.... read more
Quality workmanship
Sam was awesome with helping out with my be ute stereo’s few little faults, he knew exactly where to look and what it would be. Will definitely be back for future installations in other cars
We’ve used Sam and the team at Phatt Audio 3 times for 3 different cars now for CarPlay and reversing cameras. Their workmanship, knowledge and customer service is second to none. Sam is very accomodating to questions around products and services even after install and I cannot recommend them highly enough. We’ll be back with the 4th car no doubt.
Big thankyou to Sammy from phatt audio concepts. He is the best in the business full stop. If your looking for the total package including service knowledge and installation he is the man to go to. He install 2 x jl w17 13.5 and a set of ecb 3 ways with a helix amp and you can hear my car from a block away. So happy
