I always have a great time with the staff when i visit the office. They are fantastic at communicating and very nice every time i come to the office. They always call to remind me of appointments and I have no trouble getting in here when i have an issue. They have done a great job taking care of me.
Dr. Phatak just did a cystoscopy on me, he and his staff were reassuring and wonderful! Very gentle, a quick pinch and over in 20 seconds, worked myself up for nothing!

So I actually love Dr. Phatak He is a very good doctor my grievance is with his staff. I called expressing that I was having kidney discomfort. And I was looking to get guidance because it based off of my previous messages and going through my pcp, it was time I spoke to a specialist and I was promised a phone call from the nurse. I hardly write reviews but I just have to I’m this case. This practice does not care about the patient at all. The lady at the front desk lacks communication skills and the aprn Rhiannon is basically a janitor with a white coat and has a bad attitude. She wrote off my issue by checking the box and scheduled a follow up. I explained to the front desk that the number I had given them will go to my direct line at work and she was like yeah whatever gotcha.
