My battery died and I'm trying to purchase a new one. And I can't get ahold of anybody. What is going on?
welp i hope this review gets out to the public. but i used to work for this company it was great until the new ceo came in. After he came in he moved to a new storage area and failed to pay employees and fired everyone after the move was complete fast forward a few months later and hes now refusing to give out W2s to employees. id HIGHLY ADVISE buying from this company now and feel bad for the people who had placed a order or had their scooter in for service.
Husband dropped off Phat scooter for repair in August 2023. They collected payment then went silent. Store is now closed, no answer on phone or email and guess our scooter is gone.
Worst customer service on the planet. I have had a $4000 paper weight for over a year now. Try another provider
September 28th, 2023, I placed Order #***** for a Phat Scooter totaling $2995.00. Phat offered a payment option through Affirm which I opted for. Payments started in October 2023 . I was given no updates and was never given a final date of completion. After sometime, my email contact bounced back from the company. When attempting to call, phone numbers to the business they were no longer operational.
