It's GGGREAT
I went in to the apothecary side just to see what the business was about since I pass by everyday. I was interested in what they had to offer but the lady there was so rude was off putting. She looked at me like very offensively and I felt unwanted. I left
Excellent gym! Clean, lots of options for work outs and the management is very present and available. I would definitely recommend anyone at any fitness level to use this gym to help them reach their fitness goals. There is a lot of support and people are very friendly as well.
John Mitchell is likely the best trainer available in Houston, Texas. He is honest, straightforward and the kind of guy you would want to know. He has invested in me for 16 years and asked for next to nothing in return. Would recommend this gym to anyone from the bodybuilder level, to the total amateur. He gets results
