I went to Tara for help with severe neck pain and stiffness. I'd been getting chiropractic care and other massage therapy care for several weeks with no relief. After just one amazing craniosacral/massage appointment with Tara, I had almost no pain and regained full range of motion within a few days. Tara was kind, intuitive, and extremely skilled. If you're looking for true pain relief and whole-body care, I highly recommend Tara for craniosacral therapy.
