I had such an amazing experience at Phases Hair Salon today with Karley! I went in for a balayage, and she absolutely exceeded my expectations. She took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted, talked me through everything, and paid so much attention to the little details. Karley did an incredible job blending the color — the balayage turned out so seamless, dimensional, and natural-looking.
