After reviewing the comments on this business, I have a story that contradicts any claims of good service. I provided all my paper work after a 45 minute interview with Debbie. I explained the circumstance & 2 weeks later provided all documents that applied to my filing. I hear nothing for 6 months, and after checking of the IRS website I found they entered my wife's SSN wrong. Then I found out the docs to process my taxes were ignored, just filed W-2 info. Phases is a great company – I have 2 businesses and a personal account with Phases and I have nothing but good things to say about them. We moved to Arizona 3 years ago and I would not switch accountants. They stand behind what they do and I would be lost without their help and expertise. Thanks Debby and the others at Phases for all your hard work!
I disagree – I have been a client of Phases Accounting & Tax Service, Inc and Debby Miller since they started back in 1987. I have always found Debby and her staff to be very customer service oriented. In fact, I had just started my business when I started with Phases and I attribute alot of my success to Debby's expertise, coaching, and professionalism. I would recommend Phases to anyone, and I have recomended them to alot of people who I also know are very happy. JLH
Not the best service – An error was made on my taxes and Phases did not stand behind thier policy of correcting it. I have called and e mailed and have not had any response. Would not recommend Phases
