Really wanted to like them as they are nice ladies, and I do not like leaving negative reviews. But my business taxes were filed incorrectly (didn’t use correct form for an “inc”) for 3 full years. Add to that billing errors, sales tax errors and personal filing errors and it is just way too much to overlook. Please consider taking your business elsewhere.

1 star is too much for FRAUD! I paid Phases to have my 2016 taxes filed. I had to fight to get my taxes back as I was told there was no need to file if I was not getting a refund, yet I had paid for the service. I was filing to track my alimony and child support. I eventually got back a packet saying they were efiled in Oct 2017. This year when filing 2017 on my own it was denied due to my gross income from 2016 not matching. Debby is amazing and knows her stuff! I opened my own business in 2017 and she was able to walk me through the process and even get me money back! She is patient and knowledgeable and her whole staff is amazing! Worth it for sure.

After reviewing the comments on this business, I have a story that contradicts any claims of good service. I provided all my paper work after a 45 minute interview with Debbie. I explained the circumstance & 2 weeks later provided all documents that applied to my filing. I hear nothing for 6 months, and after checking of the IRS website I found they entered my wife's SSN wrong. Then I found out the docs to process my taxes were ignored, just filed W-2 info.
