Trust me... I have the most Unmanageable hair. Debbie is a Pro & you will NOT be sorry if you make her your go to hairdresser!! I’m so thankful that I found her again after having moved back to the area recently. Her prices are super reasonable Debbie is friendly and is extremely talented at what she does! She will make you Love your hair, no mater how unmanageable it May be at the moment. She tamed my mane & I Really Love my hair Again I just cannot say enough great things about Phases as a business & the owner herself
