Mrs. Lisa was super kind but I did not enjoy my experience or hairstyle. I came to her for a consultation for highlights two days before the appointment when she gave me the appt date and time. She came late only after I waited 15-20 minutes before calling her and explained when arriving that she thought the appointment was at 10am not 9am. Mrs. Lisa was also not prepared for the style that I asked for. I was left in the store twice on my own so she could to run to the store for supplies.
