The haircut was alright but the prices are ridiculous, $40 for adults and $30 for kids.
Been visiting Phase II for almost 20 years! From the barbers to the beautician, I have always received wonderful service. I have sat in the chairs of a few barbers and my cuts were quite stunning! The beautician decorated my crown, regardless of natural or chemically processed styles, immaculately! Simply put, they never disappoint!
